The onboarding area of the Cartinho Manufacturers platform is intended exclusively for manufacturing companies that wish to make an initial contact with the platform and express interest in becoming partners and/or users of the available services.
Submitting information during onboarding does not imply automatic registration, immediate approval, account activation, or formalization of a commercial partnership. It is merely an intent to register, submitted for prior analysis and validation by the platform.

After data submission, Cartinho Manufacturers may use its own or integrated systems to search, cross-reference, consult, and confirm registration, tax, commercial, and public information, with the aim of validating the veracity of the provided data and verifying if the company actually exists, is identified consistently, and meets the minimum compliance requirements demanded by the platform.

If the submitted data is considered valid, consistent, and in compliance with the criteria applicable to the onboarding process, the information may be stored in the platform's database in the form of an object identified as “Company”, for registration purposes, continuation of the analysis process, eventual future activation, and operational relationship management.
The storage of the “Company” object does not, in itself, mean final approval, access activation, service contracting, or definitive acceptance of the company on the platform, and may still depend on complementary stages, internal reviews, or additional validations.
The email provided during onboarding must, obligatorily, belong to the corporate domain of the company itself or a business domain legitimately linked to its operation.

Submitting an intent to register does not create any subjective right to approval, account activation, contracting, commercial partnership, or access to platform features.
Cartinho Manufacturers may, at its sole discretion and based on technical, registration, operational, reputational, or compliance criteria, approve, reject, suspend, place under review, or request additional information before any access is granted.
The interested company and the person responsible for the submission are liable for the accuracy, authenticity, and legitimacy of the information presented during onboarding. Providing false, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading data, or data belonging to third parties without authorization may result in:
To complete the onboarding analysis, Cartinho Manufacturers may request additional data, supporting documents, evidence of representation, certificates, business records, or other information it deems necessary to confirm the legitimacy of the company and the regularity of the intended registration.
Cartinho Manufacturers reserves the right to refuse, review, suspend, archive, or delete onboarding requests that present inconsistencies, signs of fraud, lack of sufficient proof, incompatibility with the platform's internal criteria, or any situation that compromises the trust, security, or integrity of the admission process.
By proceeding with the submission of information in the onboarding process, the responsible person declares that they have read and agree to the rules of this initial stage of the Terms of Use, acknowledging that the procedure constitutes only a first contact with intent to register, subject to prior verification and validation by Cartinho Manufacturers.
